MEDVA InstaBlood uses WhatsApp-based messaging to communicate with donors and requesters, sent from our registered WhatsApp business account “MEDVA BloodNetwork.” When you message this WhatsApp number or submit a request, you consent to receiving replies and relevant alerts over WhatsApp. You may stop this at any time by informing us, or by blocking the number.

Information you submit is stored on secure, access-controlled servers and databases. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited details — such as a donor’s blood type, city/area, and contact number — with a genuine requester (or vice versa) strictly to facilitate a blood donation, and only where relevant.
